Cutting-Edge Technology 

These kits utilize LED or LASER device technology to detect obstacles in order to prevent crane to crane or crane to object collisions. The system continuously monitors the crane’s movements and the proximity of objects so it can either slow down or stop the crane completely to prevent a collision. 

• LED devices can only be set to do one operation – either to slow the speed of the crane or stop the crane completely.
• LASER devices can be set to do two operations – slow the speed of the crane as well as stopping the crane completely at the proper spacing that was previously set. 

Seamless Integration

Starke Collision Avoidance Kits are designed for easy installation and integration with existing crane systems. These kits can be adapted to various crane models and sizes, minimizing downtime during setup.

What’s an Event?

An “Event” is simply a measurable action that can dictate the speed or the stopping of the moving crane. A single laser may have dual events but can still only point in one direction, which may require a “Twin” system if there are functions to be controlled in both directions.
